What is your K9 Clean Up guarantee?
If at any time you are not satisfied with our work, just give us a call and we will make it right. Guaranteed!

Are there any contracts I have to sign?
No - we can start and stop your service over the phone or using our online scheduling service.
There are no contracts, minimum service periods, or advance notice to cancel service.

How do I get started with your service?
Please click the "Schedule a Cleanup" menu button and create a private and secure account. You will be able to enter all of your information and then be able to request service from our crew. You may also call our office at (630) 728-4215.

Is there an extra charge for the first clean up?
There is an initial clean up fee of $38.00 per hour. One hour minimum. If you are switching from another waste removal service there is no initial charge.

Can I schedule a one-time only service or Spring clean up?
Sure! A one time only, or short-term service can be easily arranged. Just create an online account by clicking on the "Schedule a Cleanup" icon and schedule the clean up you need or feel free to give us a call at (630) 728-4215.

What types of payments to you accept?
When you create an account in our online scheduler, there is a place to add a Visa or MasterCard to your account. Your account is private and secure. Once the card number is entered, all but the last for digits are x'd out. You can also pay with check or cash at the time of service.

When is payment due?
Payment is due on the 1st of the month for that months service. If you have a credit card on file with us we will charge your card.

Can you tell me a bit about the K9 Cleanup Crew?
The K9 Cleanup Crew is a division of Brockway Lawnscaping. Brockway Lawnscaping is a local, reputable, family operated landscaping company and are members of the Yorkville Chamber of Commerce and the Hinckley Business Association.

Can I put my service on hold?
Yes - if your dog is gone from the yard, or you are on vacation, or just need to skip your yard this week, we can hold the service and you will be given a credit towards your future service call.
Please note that is we arrive and your yard has accumulated waste you may incur a clean up fee.

Do you provide service work during the Winter months?
Yes - we work in the snow, rain, wind and sunshine - we are available all year round.

What if there is extreme weather?
We'll work in most weather conditions but in the case of extreme weather we may cancel service that day. We will do our best to make that lost day up the next day. If we are prevented from cleaning up all week we will not charge for service.

Do you provide service on Holidays?
We do not provide service on the following Holidays:
* New Years Day
* Memorial Day
* Independence Day
* Thanksgiving Day
* Christmas Day

When a holiday falls on a regular service day we will make up the day in the upcoming week.

Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. Employees are not allowed to climb or jump over fences. Please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with the combination to the lock if that will be convenient for you. Please note that is we arrive at your yard and the gate is locked you will still be charged for service that day.

Can you work with my dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs but if the dog will not let the worker into the yard we will contact you to reschedule the service.
